Omo-Oba Ibikunle Adeoye Ladejobi was born in 1940 to the royal family of Mo-Oba Josiah Ladejobi of Ogere-Remo in Ogun State. He went to London to further his education at North West Polytechnic London where he obtained his advance GCE in May 1964 and qualified as a Chartered Account of England and Wales in 1968. He is a fellow member of several professional bodies in Nigeria and in England.

He worked with Peat Marwick, Mitchell and Co (Chartered Accountant) Birmingham, England (now KPMG) from 1968 – 1971. He also worked with Cooper & Lybrand (Chartered Accountant, Lagos Nigeria now Price Water House Coopers) from 1971 – 1974). Omo-Oba Kunle Ladejobi was the first Financial Controller of Naco Nigeria Limited (the world biggest louver window frames manufacturer in Nigeria from 1974 – 1976). He further joined Messrs KL & Co. Nigeria (Chartered Accountant) in 1976 where he became Managing partner/Chef Executive officer from 1978 till date.

Omo-Oba Kunle Ladejobi has served in the board of several companies both public and private sector.

He is a director to many privately owned companies in Nigeria.  He is happily married to Chef (Mrs.) Esther O. Ladejobi and they are blessed with children.

Mr. Oladipo Olufemi Onabowale was born in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. He had his first degree (BSc) in Computer Science/Mathematics (Combined Honour) 2nd class upper division from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State from 1973 - 1978.

  He worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company, Port Harcourt from June 1975 - October 1975 and later joined Mobil Producing Nigeria - November 1979 to June 1985. He was also a Project Analyst in NICON Insurance and The UBA Registrar System

He is a seasoned computer scientist and presently the Managing Director of Global Computing Resources Limited.

  He is married with three children.

Mrs. Foluso Olayinka Onabowale was born in Ondo State, Nigeria on 13th March 1957. She has a B.Sc (second-class honours upper division in Social Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State, Nigeria).

Mrs. Foluso O. Onabowale is a self driven professional, fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Master Degree holder in Business Administration with over twenty years post graduation experience in External and Internal Auditing. A professional with a passion for quality. A successful manager who excels in a fast pace challenging environment.

Professional Experience:- Executive positions in GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Nigeria Plc, Technology Derivatives Limited, NAL Bank Plc (Formerly NAL Merchant Bank Plc), Accountant Bank of Industry (formerly Nigerian Industrial Development Bank), Audit Senior Binder Balogun Badejo & Co. (Balogun, Ayanfalu, Badejo & Co.)

Mrs. Onabowale is the Managing Director and prime mover of Mama Cass Restaurants Limited. She graduated from the West London College in 1973 with a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration.

She worked as an Accounts Supervisor at Holland Hanen & Cubitts Limited, St James Park in London for a year after which she moved back to Nigeria and secured an appointment with British Petroleum (BP) in Nigeria. She spent 13 years with BP and eventually left in 1986 as the Employee Services Superintendent in charge of staff services and welfare, including the staff canteen. While at BP, she was opportuned to attend in-house and external courses in Catering and Hotel Management. In 1986, she worked in Sir Lawrence Petroleum briefly as Personnel Manager. She is a Member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).

She is married to Late Dr. Babatunde Onabowale, formerly the Chief Consultant, Orthopedic Surgeon at Igbobi. They have four children.

Mrs. Maria Odugbesan holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Benin, Edo State (1988). Her major career line for 20 years was in Public Relations/Customer Service Management.

She worked as a Sales Executive/Customer Accounts Executive with Advertising Techniques Limited and Fountain Beau Nigeria Limited. She also worked with Continental Merchant Bank for several years in Customer Service/Treasury/Banking Operations. She served as Customer Service Manager at a leading children’s clothier Ruff ‘n’ Tumble Limited, in Nigeria. During the course of her career she attended several in-house/external training programmes in customer service strategies, at the Lagos Business School and other institutions.

She is married with children.

Mr. Alao holds a B.Sc degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

He has vast experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with some reputable institutions. He rose to Food and Beverage Supervisor at Durbar Hotel, Kaduna, having spent nine years there. He later worked with Zaranda Hotel, Bauchi State as Food and Beverage Manager from 1998 - 2002. He moved to NAF (Club) Hotel as Hotel Manager in 2002 - 2003 before joining Mama Cass Restaurants Limited. He is presently the Head of Operations, North.

Kunle Alao is married with 5 children.

Mrs. Angela A. Henshaw attended Holy Child College, Lagos, where she obtained the West African School Certificate in 1968. She then proceeded to Ghana for her higher school education and later completed a four-year Teacher’s Diploma Course in 1976 from Specialist Training College, the professional arm affiliated to the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

She returned to Nigeria and was engaged by the former Nigeria Hotels Ltd (NHL) as a chef instructor in the training school in 1979. She rose to the position of Principal of the school in 1996. Five years later in 2001, she was redeployed to Ikoyi Hotel (a unit under the Nigeria Hotels Ltd), as the hotel manager and, afterwards, became the general manager of the hotel before its privatization.

She is presently the Head of Operations, South in Mama Cass Restaurants Ltd. She is a fellow of the Nigeria Hotel and Catering Institute (FNHCI) and an associate member of the Hotel and Catering Institutional Management Association of London (AHCIMA).

Mr. Eyebiokin who joined the company in 1991 is a seasoned caterer. He holds a City and Guilds of London Certificate in Catering (1982) and attended Kwara State College of Technology in 1987 where he studied Catering and Hotel Management.

For several years, Mr. Eyebiokin worked with Arewa Hotels as a Sous Chef. While with Arewa Hotels, he obtained several professional certificates in catering. He left Arewa Hotels in 1990 to join Mama Cass.

He is happily married with children.

Mr. Azalekor obtained his City and Guilds Certificate in Cookery in 1976, and his Middle School Certificate and National Vocational Institute Certificate from Accra, Ghana. He immediately joined State Hotels, Ghana, where he was posted variously between Continental Hotel, City Hotel and Atlantic Hotel. He left State Hotels to join Gyado Hotel, in Gboko, Benue State in 1981 and, later, the Lord’s Club, Maryland, Lagos in1990. He was at The Lord’s Club until he joined Mama Cass Restaurants Limited as a chef. He is married with four (4) children.

A vibrant and dynamic Chartered Accountant with 12 years post qualification. He is a team-oriented management professional with over 2 decades experience in Information Technology, Taxation, Marketing and Business development.

He worked as Management Accountant with Glaxo SmithKline, AIM Consultants as Senior Group Accountant, Megavons (W/A) Limited, Security Printer as Head of Corporate Planning & Business Development, Head of Internal Catering & Audit, and Head of Finance & Accounts. He has passion for innovations excellence and customer delight. He is happily married with children.
